Welcome to AVIET’s e-Learning platform, accessible at elearning.aviet.aero. This platform is owned and operated by AVIET LTD, an EASA Part-147 approved organization with reference MT.147.08, based at:

2. Scope of Services

The e-Learning platform is designed to deliver asynchronous online courses, including but not limited to:

– Non-Part 147 courses
– General familiarization courses
– Specialized training courses

All courses are conducted online, and successful completion may result in the issuance of certificates of attendance. The platform also provides certificate validation services.

3. Account Registration

3.1. To access the platform, users must register an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. By registering, you agree to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. AVIET is not liable for unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

4. Data Collection and Usage

4.1. The e-Learning platform collects and retains user data necessary for:
– Issuing certificates of attendance
– Providing certificate validation services
– Delivering the core functionalities of the platform

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1. Payments
The platform accepts online payments through Stripe. By purchasing a course, you agree to the terms of payment processing set by Stripe. Payment must be completed prior to accessing any course content.

5.2. Refund Policy
Refund requests may be submitted to AVIET’s support team for review. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued if deemed appropriate by AVIET’s sole discretion. Grounds for refund consideration include:

– Technical issues that prevent course access and cannot be resolved
– Errors in billing or duplicate charges

All refund decisions are final.

6. Course Access and Completion

6.1. Access to course materials is granted only to registered users who have completed the required payment process. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.

6.2. Certificates of attendance are issued upon successful completion of the course requirements. AVIET reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of non-compliance with platform rules or incomplete course progress.

7. User Responsibilities

7.1. Users agree to:
– Use the platform in accordance with these terms and applicable laws
– Refrain from engaging in unauthorized activities such as hacking, data scraping, or sharing content without permission

7.2. AVIET reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on the platform, including but not limited to course materials, logos, and website design, is the intellectual property of AVIET or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

8.2. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for personal educational purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. AVIET strives to provide accurate and reliable course content. However, the platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. AVIET does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9.2. To the extent permitted by law, AVIET disclaims liability for:
